Returning Merchandise
How do I return merchandise?
Call Star Trading & Supplies, llc to receive an authorization number and return slip. Complete the form and return the merchandise within 30 days. Items purchased from Star Trading & Supplies, llc cannot be returned more than 30 days after delivery, and you cannot receive a refund for these items after that time. In addition, all returned items must be in unopened and unused condition to be accepted.
Note: There is a 15% restocking fee along with all applicable freight charges.

How do I find a product?
You can find products by:
Browse: Shop by product categories, i.e. corrugated boxes, stretch film, etc.
Search: Type in a product name, model number or other description
Easy Order: Type in the model number from the catalog and the product will be added to your cart in the minimum order quantity.
Ordering from Search Results
How do I order from my search results?
Simply enter the quantity and click GO to add the item(s) to your shopping cart. Continue shopping or go to checkout to finish your order.

Please request UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Air, UPS Next Day Air or Local Freight 1-2 Days. We will promptly take care of your needs.
UPS Shipping
How do I know if my order will ship UPS?
UPS or Local Freight will be used whenever possible. However, should your order exceed UPS size or weight limits, "Common Carrier" will be selected to speed delivery to you.
